Bread Pictures - Hard Rolls

They are not the best pictures (took with cell phone), but here is my first accomplishment in the kitchen at school.  I used clarified butter to coat the top of the rolls and then sprinkled poppy seeds (on one), sprinkled garlic (on three) and finally sprinkled cinnamon sugar on the remaining rolls (three).  Let me know what you think.  Randy, myself and my son each had one last night, they were wonderful!
